Twas the Night Before Kindergarten
And as he prepared
Miller was excited
And not the slightest bit scared
He tossed and he turned
About in his bed
With visions of the school bus dancing in his head
Markers and Glue and snacks galore
We packed up his bookbag
And placed by the door
His outfit was pressed
and hung on the doorknob with care
Knowing that Kindergarten soon would be there
New shoes & new socks
laid out on the floor
It's up and at em' early
to rush out the door
Sweet dreams sweet preschool boy. When you awake you'll magically be in Kindergarten! Oh my!
