Allie's First Birthday Party

Our family enjoyed a fantastically fun birthday celebration for Ms. Allie Fay this Saturday evening. Miller loves his special pal Allie and was so excited when he got invited to her super fun birthday party. They have shared quite a few playdates and walks this year. At the party, Miller enjoyed frolicking all around the grounds of the clubhouse exploring unfamiliar territory and socializing with old and new friends. We brought his car along to entertain him and keep him somewhat stable so we could at least eat before chasing him all around!


Then it was cake time...We gathered all around Allie to watch her induction into the first birthday frosting faced club. She was a champ and dug right into her sugary pink confection with both hands. All eyes were watching her as she devoured her cupcake ( like a lady of course). Oh the joys of being one! It's hard to believe that our family greeted Allie in the hospital just a short year ago. We've loved watching her grow this year!



This party was especially exciting because it was a reunion of AdiPi sista friends from Samford and Landon's small group buds....a blending of both worlds. Lisbeth, Allie's mommy and I were sorority sisters in college and Shane & Landon were friends during their fun single days. Not that were not having FUN now.... right? Isn't it amazing how all of our worlds collided? The saying holds true..."It's a small world out there!" Allie's birthday was the perfect blend of old and new friends. We feel so blessed to have Shane, Lisbeth and Allie as friends.
