We looove family traditions during Christmastime. Grandmama is always so sweet to invite Miller over for an afternoon of gingerbread decorating. We had to reschedule this event the weekend of the stomach bug. We weren't about to infect the grandparents with his awful sickness. Miller's patience paid off, and the reward was a candy filled decorating craft with his Grandmama. Little sister watched longingly from the observation bar. She's almost old enough to participate. It didn't take her long to figure out that there were treats involved in this project. She got to sample along with brother. That's all part of the experience!
Grandmama worked her icing magic for a cute scarf, buttons and eyes.
Sprinkles are always a big hit!
Group shot with Mr, Gingerbread Man all dressed and decorated before he met his fate.
We finally caught up with Mr. Gingerbread Man and he tasted so yummy according to Miller and Eliza Kate.
Decorating in Grandmama's kitchen is always a treat! More photos of the rest of our afternoon in Part 2....

Yummy! I seriously can't believe how big our boys are getting and EK looks like an edible doll, herself in that last picture.
