I have loved this song for over a year now & never knew or heard the history behind it. Wow..what an incredible story of love and devotion amidst a difficult trial in her life. The song takes on a whole different meaning when you know the events surrounding its making. Also, how God's plans for our lives are often different than what we have in mind.
